These Terms govern use of DigiTrans and DigiTrust public web properties, public demos, and the DigiTrust Evidence Assistant for ChatGPT public demo app.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using DigiTrans LLC public web properties, DigiTrust public demo experiences, or DigiTrust Evidence Assistant for ChatGPT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the public site or demo app.
2. Public demo and informational use
DigiTrust Evidence Assistant for ChatGPT is a public demo app that uses synthetic demo evidence only. It is provided for evaluation, education, and demonstration of evidence-workflow concepts. The app does not require authentication, does not connect to paid customer workspaces, and does not access production customer evidence records.
3. Read-only tool behavior
The public demo app exposes read-only tools. The tools can list synthetic demo evidence packets, summarize synthetic evidence, generate customer-safe assurance summaries, list demo buyer-readiness gaps, explain the evidence workflow, and compare synthetic evidence snapshots. The tools do not create, approve, modify, delete, notify, bill, subscribe, upgrade, or perform paid workspace actions inside ChatGPT.
4. User responsibilities
You agree not to submit secrets, credentials, payment details, regulated data, production customer data, confidential legal material, or other sensitive information into public demo forms or app prompts. You also agree not to misuse the site or demo app, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer non-public functionality, or use the public demo for unlawful purposes.
5. No professional advice
Public site content and demo app outputs are for informational and evaluation purposes only. They do not provide legal, compliance, audit, security, procurement, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own review, validation, and business decisions.
6. No payment processing inside ChatGPT
DigiTrust Evidence Assistant does not process payments, collect payment-card details, sell subscriptions, create paid workspaces, upgrade accounts, or perform billing actions inside ChatGPT. Pricing, checkout, subscriptions, onboarding, and workspace entitlements are handled outside the ChatGPT app on DigiTrust-owned web properties or through direct DigiTrans business processes.
7. Intellectual property
DigiTrans, DigiTrust, related names, logos, product concepts, site content, demo data, tool descriptions, and visual materials are owned by or licensed to DigiTrans LLC. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
8. Public demo data
Synthetic demo evidence, sample packet IDs, scores, gaps, summaries, and generated assurance language are provided as examples. They do not represent a real customer environment, real compliance status, real audit outcome, or production evidence record.
9. Third-party services
The public site and demo app may rely on third-party services for hosting, networking, security, monitoring, forms, video hosting, or the ChatGPT experience. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Privacy
Use of DigiTrust Evidence Assistant for ChatGPT is also governed by the app-specific privacy policy at https://www.digitranshq.com/privacy/digitrust-evidence-assistant/.
11. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the public site, demo app, demo evidence, or features at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
12. Disclaimers
The public site and demo app are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiTrans LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiTrans LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the public site or demo app.
